Hi all! I’m Chloë – the newest member to the team here at Empire.
I’m a fitness and health enthusiast, with a background in body sculpting and personal training, and a new mum. I’ll be creating content around fitness, well-being and parenting on here.
Since giving birth to Huia two months ago, I’m eager to get back into my old wardrobe (despite loving my new curves!).
I’m particularly missing my favourite pair of jeans, that I purchased after placing first in the Fitness Model section of a bodybuilding competition a few years ago. So to assist me with this I’ve created a Health and Nutrition Guide which can be downloaded for free (link to my Instagram below) for those of you who would like to join me over the coming months.
As I’m discovering for myself, being a parent can make it difficult to find time in the day to workout, or whip up a bite to eat. On here, I’ll be sharing what’s working for me, including workouts that you can easily do at home with limited equipment, and quick, healthy recipes you can put together in the quiet moments while baby is having a nap.
