Garage Project, Resonance Lager.
I’m not a big lager fan, but this is the second Resonance beer from Garage Project . Rather than dark metal this Lager was treated to a classical playlist from the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
It makes for a very clean and deeply refreshing beer. It’s not over hopped with a little bit of a yeasty bite. The after taste is just a little sweet with none of the unpleasant notes that make me avoid most lagers.
If you like lagers or just need something refreshing and light on taste then its a great choice, although rather hard to find.
Oh, and it’s 6%, so packs a hidden punch.
