Frankfurters
Cheese, cut into about 5mm strips
Streaky Bacon
Long buns
Mustard
Good old tomato sauce
(You’ll need enough frankfurters and buns to feed everyone)
slice each frankfurter nearly all the way through down the middle, leaving about 5mm at each end with no cut. Stuff cut with a piece of cheese
Wrap each frankfurter in two strips of bacon, hold each end of bacon by sticking a tooth pick through to hold in place while cooking
You can cook these on the BBQ or just in the oven until cooked through. Remember to remove the toothpicks!
Chuck in a bun, slap a bit of mustard and tomato sauce up on top, grab a beer and enjoy!
