Moppies Hops – Magic Rock Highwire Grapefruit Pale Ale

Adding citrus fruit to a beer can do one of two things; make it amazing, or make it crap. If there is to much it just tastes like bad fruit juice, but if you get the balance right, it adds to and enhances the malt and hop profiles of a good Pale Ale.
