Are you wanting to play a new first-person shooter but don’t want to have to deal with jet-packs, space or perhaps you’re already over Battlefield 1?
Well then here’s a game for you to check out, from the developers Tripwire Interactive and Antimatter Games comes the sequel of 2013’s Rising Storm. The aptly named, Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. Set during the period of the Vietnam War, you can play as either the US Armed Forces or the guerrilla forces of North Vietnam and Viet Cong. This game won’t let you down in it’s multiplayer action as that has been it’s main focus, no campaign here for you to play. Take to the battlefield in 64 man matches by either taking to the skies in airborne vehicles or go charging in on the front lines, boots on the ground style. It’s really up to you and your play style, this game doesn’t hold you back.
If you’re missing that feeling of Battlefield 1943 then grab Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. It’s no amazing triple A game but it’s surely satisfying with it’s jungle like environments and great gameplay.
Grab Rising Storm 2: Vietnam on Steam, currently $26.99 NZ at 10% off until June 6th.
9/10 you’ll lose as US Armed Forces
