Hey, It’s Matt here I have been off for a while although have been catching up with Nic and on a few websites I have not been giving any content for the site so it’s about time we changed that…. I have been involved with the gym for over 20 years and gone from a 55kg boy up to a 100kg during that time. I have done a it of education in training and nutrition so can hopefully help people with any questions or things they want help with. The last 3 years have been a bit draining and have been off the gym starting from when I tore my bicep tendon. So after a year I had a surgery and now 2 years after I have 7 surgeries between my shoulder, wrist and nose but have finally got to a place where I can start training and hopefully it will continue and I can keep everyone up to date with my progress as I go.i would really like this to be as a interactive as we can, not just me trying to give a bit of info but to know what you guys want to read, what questions you have, what advice I can give to help you reach your goals. So expect to see a bit more regular stuff from me and please comment on the Facebook page or message me with topics or questions or no on training or nutrition or tips and tricks on anything. I am looking forward to getting back into this and getting a good positive, interactive section and having some laughs and fun as we go… Later guys, Matt
