Cylist hit by car, dividing opinions.

This accident caught on camera is causing a lot of disagreements online,

I fail to see how this is anything other than the cyclist fault? they entered a line of traffic, at pace, without looking.

Anyone see anything different?

So far as I can tell, the Cyclist isn’t using any road rules or pedestrian rules at all.
