You will need
Ingredients
Bread
3 cups plain flour (or use self-raising and omit the baking powder)
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
375ml beer (or make up the extra with water)
do all the dry stuff, add the beer – mix it up and throw is in a paper lined baking tray, 40 mins at 180 – top with whatever you want – I used carlsberg cause it was what I had but experiemnet with beers – I think not too hoppy would be good but its your bread, do whatever you want!
