Built from the ground up for the PlayStation 5 and enhanced for PS5 Pro, Saros stays true to our signature high-intensity, skill-based arcade action while taking full advantage of the hardware and haptics with stunning particle effect visuals, a richer atmosphere, and immersive, ever-shifting environments under the ominous eclipse.
We poured everything into creating flow-state-inducing combat where you dodge, shield, and even parry enemy attacks in an exhilarating dance of Bullet Ballet.
Our deep gameplay systems reward mastery, experimentation, and reinforce the cycle with the ability to come back stronger after every run. The addition of permanent progression systems is a key distinction from Returnal and it is essential for you to overcome the challenges that await on Carcosa.
However if you’d like to adjust your challenge level, please use the Carcosan Modifiers once unlocked to make SAROS your chosen balanced challenge experience.

Now all you have to do to enter is email us comps@theempire.nz with the subject SAROS and we’ll draw a winner via a random name generator. We will contact the winner directly via email – however if you want to make sure we get in touch, feel free to pop ya number on there and we can give you a call.
