I’ve been very interested in Peptides since they got the hype, but my Bullshit detector was going off the charts because of how they were being marketed.
Given so many are circumventing the process of talking to their doctor about it and instead seeing fitness influencers promoting them and blindly injecting things they dont know in their bodies, it’s a big thing.
Jeff Nippard is one of the voices of reason online when it comes to fitness, giving a balanced review of his own experiences.
I lost 20kg due to illness after a bad mental health experience, and I’ve been fighting to get back ontop of my health since, as I’m now 40 something, it’s taking longer to recover and hearing there is a miracle silver bullet to tackle that very real problem, it gets enticing, I am still 100% natty but, should these pass my criteria of acceptable, I’d consider it for the benefits. but videos like this keep my finger hovering over the trigger until I can source them from someone trusted. I’m happy enough with the effort vs reward that I am currently maintaining over the past year so I’m not rushing to change anything and most changes are small and easily monitored. I’m not saying never, just not right now. but I’ll keep ya informed.
